Cyst, Sebaceous Cyst or Lipoma Removal
Our cyst removal service is all led by fully qualified and UK accredited doctors and surgeons. Our team have undertaken additional training in the skills required and have many years of combined experience.
Our objective is to relieve you of the discomfort and embarrassment caused by any cysts, leaving the skin smoother with minimal scarring.
Cyst removal is a minor surgical procedure for the skin. Using our methods and techniques, we can usually remove cysts on the same day as the consultation, saving patients time and money.
The procedure is made entirely pain-free by using local anaesthetic injections. Cyst removal may require a few small stitches, in which case you will need to attend a follow up appointment a week later, which is included in the cost of cyst removal.
All patients will be given complete aftercare instructions to help the wound to heal quickly and neatly.

Further Information
Doctor Consultation
A consultation with one of our doctors costs £75. Prices for treatments carried out in the same appointment as the consultation will include the consultation fee (note: same day procedures are only undertaken where the procedure is deemed appropriate to do so AND the patient understands the full extent of the costs, risks and potential side effects and is consenting to proceed on that knowledge).
Pricing
Every case varies and prices on this website are intended as a guide only. The price is quoted properly at face to face consultation with one of Cosmedics’ experienced doctors.
Cyst Testing/Histology
Cyst testing is NOT essential in all cases but if the doctor advises it, testing is not optional. Where testing is advised, we charge £95 for testing the first cyst and £20 for each lesion in addition to the cyst removal prices outlined above.
